Event #3: Dumbbell Snatch Ladder
Every minute perform 1 x dumbbell snatch with one arm and 1 x dumbbell snatch with the other arm. Increasing weight (see below) at 10 stations. You will have 40 seconds to complete both lifts with a 20-second transition time to advance to the next weight. You may make multiple attempts in the 40 seconds. Your score will be the total number of reps you complete (20 possible reps if you successfully complete the entire ladder). If you get through the entire ladder, you may perform max alternating-arm dumbbell snatches at the final station for additional points. Once you fail at a weight, you are done with the workout.
